Custom Pet Portrait Commissions
Would you like to commission a one of a kind painting of your beloved pet? Our talented artists can capture your pet so that you have a cherished keepsake forever. Select the artist who inspires you from the list of artists below. We have also included a list of prices and the time frame required to complete your pet portrait. Once you have selected the artist you will be asked to send us a few pictures of your pet and the artist will call you to discuss specific needs. Most portraits take 2-3 weeks to complete. A sample of completed works by all the artists listed below is currently available to view at CREDO Coffee and the Quantum Leap Winery.
James Chonody
Born in Indiana raised in Florida, James spent 50 years in the engineering field, retiring 3 years ago and took up painting. “I've always been artistic but never pursued it much. Painting saved my life. It gave me sobriety. I have sold over 600 pieces in the past 2 years, painting over 1,000 paintings. I do commission work as well as Pet Portraits my main subject is Florida. My style can fluctuate from realism to impressionism I work in acrylics on canvas and also watercolor with ink my specialty is bringing memories onto canvas”

Monika Csanyi
Hi, my name is Monika Harmund Csanyi. I‘m an award-winning Hungarian-American contemporary oil painter. Creating art has been a part of my life since I first held a pencil in my hand, and I love sharing my colorful world with others.As an oil painter, I find inspiration in fragments of nature and the man-made world. I love to see things from a different perspective, which perspective is also a part of our reality. My work is representational - sometimes with a little twist of photorealistic, impressionistic or abstract elements. I tend to paint series in regard to the exploration of a particular theme or image. My oil paintings can be recognized from strong, intense colors and meticulously elaborated subjects
I had 32 gallery exhibitions and I won 26 awards to date. I have paintings in private collections in the US, UK, France, Belgium and Hungary.
I am an associate member of National Oil and Acrylic Painters' Society (NOAPS), Marion Cultural Alliance (MCA Ocala) and the Winter Garden Art Association

Sara Burr
Bachelor of Fine Arts, University of Florida
Worked at Disney for 30 years as a professional artist in the Figure Finishing Department. I painted animatronic human and animal figures for the Magic Kingdom and the other Disney parks.
I now paint landscapes, still life, abstracts, and human and animal portraits.
Price/Size: $2 per square inch, minimum size 11"x14" ($308) unframed. My standard black frame for this size would be $40; other sizes negotiable.

Mirjana Cesar
Mirjana Cesar was born in Zagreb, Croatia.
In the early 90s, Mirjana and her husband moved to Orlando, Florida, where their three children were born.
She started painting in 2005, exploring floral themed mixed media. Since then, her art evolved to the current animal-themed paintings, still life and landscapes. Her animal portraits capture unique personality and emotion of the beloved pets and other animal species. She believes that each animal has a story to tell, and strives to capture that story in her paintings.
Her art has been collected across USA and around the world.
She's a resident artist at FAVO Orlando.

Heather Johnson
I paint to bring joy into people’s lives. I love animals of all shape and size, so being able to capture someone’s pet in a painting opens my heart. I also like to bring serenity through paintings of landscapes and Buddhist concepts. My medium of choice is acrylic with occasional mixed media and mostly realistic with some whimsical abstracts.
My first creative career was in dance. After graduating with a BFA in dance, I worked professionally for fifteen years. In 2001, I opened a full wellness center after becoming a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. Along with painting and my pet portrait commissions, I currently have a private massage practice in Orlando, Florida.
My art continues to allow me to explore my creativity while providing a unique avenue to connect with others.

An artist from childhood, I majored in Fine Art at the University Of The Arts in Philadelphia. I've worked as a creative professional for more than 20 years, lending my passions to renowned brands that include Disney and Anthropologie. Equally a lover of animals (and OG dog mom to the second generation of high hounds and low hounds!), I've parlayed my love of color, form, and composition into the creation of my one-woman company in 2022. My mission is to create portraits that capture the pure joy and whimsy of having a furry friend.
